The A Series Dew Point Transmitter is our mid-range sensor. It uses an Alumina-Oxide capacitor to measure dew point, pressure, temperature and pressure dew point of compressed air and inert gases (argon, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, helium, hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen). The A Series Dew Point Transmitter is suitable for dew point ranges of -110°C to +20°C (-166°F to +68°F).

The sensor is available with an in-built display or without a display. The display option includes an alarm relay and allows you to adjust the dew point settings (gas type, measurement units, modbus and 4-20mA settings, etc).

Important

  • A minimum flow rate of > 1L/min is required for the sensor to read accurately
  • The sensor must be installed in an upright position, after the dryer.
  • Incorrect wiring or installation can damage the sensor and void the warranty. If you aren’t sure how to install or wire the sensor, please contact us. Full installation and wiring instructions are available in the User Manual
