Compressed Air Services

Compressed Air Alliance offers a range of services for compressed air and gases including leak detection, air purity testing, monitoring and measurement, system upgrades, independent advice and project management. See below for more information on our services, or get in contact with us.

Compressed Air Leak Detection

Compressed Air Leak Detection

Compressed Air Alliance offers a flexible compressed air leak detection program from basic detection and reporting through to complete turnkey solutions timed with your production schedule.

Compressed air leak detection and inappropriate use survey. This is our basic offering. The leak detection survey will find compressed air leaks and identify inappropriate use. You will receive a report on our findings and a parts list to help you repair compressed air leaks.

Optional – Repair leaks. Let us manage the compressed air leak repair program. We will organise the parts and labour and arrange a time with you to repair the leaks. Repairs can usually be completed within 1 – 2 days.

Optional – Measure your compressed air system. In addition to the compressed air leak detection survey (described above), we will measure your compressed air system (consumption, dew point, flow, power, etc) and identify any issues you may have with your compressors, dryers or receivers.

Air Purity Testing

Air Quality Testing

Contamination of your compressed air system can come in many forms, eg oil, dirt, water, mould, bacteria and air borne particles. Depending on your production line, the risk of product or equipment contamination can be significant.

Compressed Air Alliance can test the purity of your compressed air purity against ISO8573 or AS1715 standards and provide a report containing the test results and any areas for improvement.

Monitoring and Measurement

Compressed Air Measurement

Compressed Air Alliance offers permanent or temporary monitoring of your compressed air system. We can remotely and locally measure and monitor:

  • dew point
  • flow
  • pressure
  • power
  • temperature
  • and more

From the compressed air measurement data, we can establish the cost of operating your system, identify problems, provide advice on compressor control settings, identify and reduce artifical demand, evaluate opportunities that give you the highest return on investment and help optimise your system.
