Compressed Air Alliance’s pressure sensor can be used to measure pressure loss across the compressed air and gas system. This easy to install pressure transmitter is perfectly suited for installation on compressed air and gas systems. It can be installed on both wet and dry gases up to 50 bar (725 psi). The sensor has a two wire M12 connection and 4-20mA output.

For effective measurements, you will need at least:

  • one (1) sensor on the wet side of the system to monitor compressor output and
  • one (1) sensor on the dry side of the system to measure the system supply pressure.

Other pressure sensors can be installed to measure pressure drop at key locations such as near any high compressed air or gas consumers and at the far ends of the system.
